My first visit to a Starbucks seems like a lifetime ago. I remember being absolutely mystified by all the new (to me) vocabulary. Tall is small and grande is medium? **insert head-scratch** Then there was the dizzying array of choices. I eventually muddled through. After several visits, I could order my “Grande Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot” without batting an eye.
